Nothing is more important to us than creating a safe and welcoming community for our current residents, potential residents and employees. With heightened sensitivity and an evolving situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), we are working with our teams to ensure our standards and practices keep you safe. With this said, management is going to modify services for at least the next 7 days and possibly longer if necessary, by taking the following precautions:
- We will only perform emergency service requests inside apartments.
- We will discontinue any services that are performed inside apartments such as pest control.
- We ask that if you need something, you email or call the team and do not visit the office in person.
- We will close all community amenities and monitor week by week.
- We will not be accepting packages in the office. Please seek alternate delivery arrangements with your courier.
