President & Owner

Richard Hoffmann is the owner and President of Anterra Management Corporation. Mr. Hoffmann is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on acquisitions and overseeing asset repositioning. He is also integrally involved in supervising operations, construction and accounting services. Prior to the formation of Anterra, Mr. Hoffmann served as the Treasurer of Murray Properties Company, a national syndicator of real estate, and as an accountant for Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Hoffmann received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from Tulane University and Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.



Vice President/Controller

Mr. Hansen is responsible for property accounting and information technology for Anterra and properties under management.  Since his employment with Anterra in 2005, Mr. Hansen has served as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Financial Analyst.  Mr. Hansen received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Mr. Hansen is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.


Vice President of Operations

Mr. Mozena is responsible for the supervision of property management operations for Anterra. Prior to joining Anterra, Mr. Mozena served as a regional manager for six years with Camco Properties overseeing seven properties in various states. Prior to serving as a regional manager, David worked as an on-site manager for four years in Dallas, and as hotel manager for eight years in Florida, Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Mozena brings 22 years of experience in the multi-family industry.




Director Human Recources

Mr. Reichart is responsible for all human resource areas, including recruiting, training, benefits, compensation and compliance. Prior to joining Anterra, Mr. Reichart spent 23 years in the restaurant industry as an operator, trainer, and human resource executive. Mr. Reichart holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in biology and a Masters degree in Human Resources and Training from Amberton University.


Director of Construction

Anthony Ardila joined Anterra in July 2015 after an 8-year career with Waterton Residential where he served as Capital Program Manager for a multistate portfolio of 17 value-add properties. Prior to Waterton, Mr. Ardila worked for ING Clarion from 2002 – 2007, with responsibilities that included budget creation, expense management, safety training, preventive maintenance and performing due diligence nationwide on potential acquisitions. Mr. Ardila began his career with SBC Company/Post Properties in 1988, where he gained experience with new construction, interior renovation, exterior renovations, commercial maintenance and the oversight of an adaptive re-use building that was constructed in 1903.

Mr. Ardila is CAMT certified, Universal EPA certified, EPA-Asbestos certified, EPA-Lead Based Paint certified and HVAC licensed by the State of Texas. Mr. Ardila brings 24 years of experience in the multi-family industry.
